Kevin Niemi - Director of The Americas

Mr. Niemi has more than 23 years of private industry and management consulting experience. He specializes in leading the full lifecyle of organization development and change management activities on large, complex systems driven engagements – from overall strategy to implementation.

Initially his career was with Fortune 500 companies - U.S. and international - in career track positions in manufacturing, finance, accounting, systems development, marketing, and sales, which culminated in his leading a team, as Sales & Marketing manager, that launched a new product into the U.S. market.

Mr. Niemi’s consulting work began in 1991 and has focused on the design and delivery of a broad range of organization development and change management services to a wide number of clients and industries implementing ERP and eCRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Siebel), other integrated packages, data warehouses, web-based applications, organizational effectiveness, and other major change efforts. He has worked with firms in Asia, North and South America, and Europe undergoing business process redesigns, systems implementations, cultural changes, acquisitions/mergers, and organizational restructurings. Some of his clients are PwC Consulting (Venezuela & Mexico), Genuity, Posco Steel, BellSouth, Coca-Cola, Sunterra Resorts, Shell Oil, Whitehall-Robins, Sealand, American Airlines, Portland General Electric, Carolina Power & Light, CP Rail, and Ernst & Young (Italy). Kevin now based in Caracas, Venezuela and accepting consulting assignment in the Americas and Asia.
